Applications are invited for the post of Fireman (Male)

ST-02,UR-01,TOTAL POSTS-03

Pay Band : PB] Rs. 5200-20200 Grade pay : Rs. 1900/-

Age : 18 to 25 years.(Relaxable upto 35 years for Departmental candidates or inaccordance with instructions issued by the Government

Educational Qualification :Matriculation

Essential:-

1.ii) Must have completed basic course on elementary fire fighting from an recognized Institute.

2.iii) Must be Physically fit and capable of performing STRENUOUS duties. This requirement will be tested as under

a:-Height without shoes 165 cms

b:-Chest (Unexpanded) 81.5 cms.(expanded) 85 cms

c:-Weight 50 Kgs. Minimum

3.ENDURANCE TEST :-

a:-) Carrying a man (Fireman lift of 63.5 Kgs. to a `Distance of 183 meters within 96 seconds

b:-Clearing 2.7 meters wide ditch landing on both 5 Feet (long jumps).

c:-(f) Climbing 3 meters verticals rope using hands and feet.

Application should be accompanied with a fee of Rs. 50/- through Indian Postal Order or BankDraft in the name of Sr.General Manager, Ordnance Factory, Chanda payable at S.B.I.,Bhadrawati O.F. Branch. SC/ ST, and Ex-Serviceman candidates are not required to pay any fee

HOW TO APPLY:-Applications on plain paper neatly typed/handwritten in the proforma appended herewith together with attested copies of relevant certificates alongwith THREE latest passport size photographs (NOT MORE THAN THREE MONTHS OLD) duly signed by the candidate d.on front side of the photograph. One photograph affixed on the application form in the spaceprovided and also enclose 2 (TWO) loose photographs duly signed on front side duly taggedwith the application should reach to "The Sr.General Manager, Ordnance Factory,Chanda, Post Office : Chandragur Ordnance Factory, Distt. Chandragur, MaharashtraState, PIN - 442 50l." Overwriting or blocking in any form is not pemrissible. Change, if any,is to be attested with full signature of the candidate.
